Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt, unless specified otherwise. To initiate a return, contact Elegant Lust at email@example.com. Returns must be in original packaging. All returns require a return authorization number and receipt.
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All products that are damaged must be reported to us within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of goods. We WILL replace any damaged items. If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim.
All orders are scanned before shipping so mistakes are kept to a minimum. However on occasion errors may occur. Make sure to check in the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order, otherwise, please contact us at Elegant Lust immediately.
If you have purchased something else other than sex toys and you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item has not been damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the appropriate refund/exchange if applicable.
Though we try to update our site at least once a day, we cary many items and may miss something. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock or backordered we will notify you within 24 business hours and provide alternative options for exchange, waitlisting, or refunds.
Many of our orders are shipped the same day they’re placed. Remaining orders ship usually within 24 to 48 business hours. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays.
We ship primarily with USPS and UPS.
Please contact us immediately if we have not already reached out to you. Refused or returned orders can be shipped again once with additional shipping charges. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Elegant Lust is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. We ship standard for free on orders of $49 and more to U.S. Only. Additional International shipping costs for outside U.S. orders may apply.
We ship in discreet simple brown or white boxes, with an invoice inside including our company name on the top, disclaimer, return policy, and your information including items that were shipped and any items on back order.
All Elegant Lust transactions are processed through PayPal and will appear on your statement as “ELONLINE”
At this time, we use PayPal to perform all payment transactions. PayPal is one of the worlds largest online merchant platforms and provides safe and secure billing procedures.
You may use your existing PayPal account, create a new PayPal account, or pay as a guest using your credit or debit card. All for no additional fees.
